At the arrivals exit with a sign with your name or (on request) with the company logo. We track your flight — we meet you even if it is delayed.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight by number. Up to 60 minutes of waiting — free. After — 15 €/hour, billed by actual time.
Can I have a child seat?
Yes, child seats provided for free (0–12 yrs). Please state child age at booking.
How is payment handled?
Pay after the trip — cash (EUR), Visa/Mastercard or bank transfer. No prepayment required.
Is there a night tariff?
Yes, from 22:00 to 06:00 a +20% surcharge applies. It is shown in the form when you pick the time.
How do I cancel a booking?
