Malpensa → Val Gardena — 210 minutes
Val Gardena sits in the heart of the Dolomites — three villages (Ortisei, Selva, Santa Cristina), one interconnected ski area, and no practical way to get there except a car. Buses don't run to the slopes; train connections require a change in Bolzano and a taxi up the mountain. A private transfer from Malpensa is the direct option: your driver picks you up at Arrivals and drops you at the hotel entrance, skis in the boot.

This route suits families with gear, groups sharing a chalet, and anyone who lands in the evening and doesn't want to navigate mountain roads in rental boots.
Road and timing
The journey covers approximately 360 km and takes around 210 minutes under normal conditions. From Malpensa the car heads east on the A4, then north at Verona toward Bolzano via the Brenner motorway. After Bolzano the road turns into the Gardena valley — a winding climb through Ponte Gardena and Ortisei up to Selva di Val Gardena.
In winter, the final section above Ortisei requires winter tyres or chains. Our vehicles are always equipped for mountain conditions. Travel time in peak ski season (late December, February half-term) can extend by 30–40 minutes — factor that in when booking for early-morning flights or tight connections.
What's included
Your driver meets you in Arrivals holding a nameplate with your name. Flight tracking is active from the moment you book — if your plane is delayed, the driver adjusts automatically and you pay nothing extra for the wait (up to 60 minutes).
The car has room for ski bags and suitcases. Water is provided on board. Drivers speak English and Italian; Russian-speaking drivers are available on request. The price is fixed at booking — no meters, no airport surcharges, no surprises when you arrive.
Vehicle classes and capacity
For couples and small groups, the E-Class or V-Class handles skis and standard luggage with space to spare. For larger families or groups bringing multiple ski bags and gear cases, the Mercedes Sprinter is the practical choice — there's proper dedicated space, not an overstuffed boot. Groups of eight or more travel by minibus. Pricing for S-Class, Sprinter, and Bus is confirmed on request. All fares are fixed and calculated per vehicle, not per person.
Booking
Book via the form on this page or message us on WhatsApp — we respond within 5 minutes. After confirmation you receive a booking summary with the driver's name and contact. Payment can be arranged in advance by card or in cash with the driver. For ski transfers we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead, especially during the December–March season.
We also cover transfers in the other direction — Cortina d'Ampezzo is another Dolomites destination with the same door-to-lift logic, and Livigno is a popular ski resort closer to the Swiss border. If your group is splitting between resorts, we can coordinate separate vehicles.
Closing
Val Gardena is worth arriving to without stress. Book your transfer, send us your flight details, and the rest is taken care of — including the mountain roads.
