Malpensa → Pietrasanta — 210 minutes
Pietrasanta is known in the art world as a working sculpture town, drawing on the marble quarried nearby in Carrara that has supplied sculptors for centuries. Studios and foundries still operate around the historic centre, and it's common to see a bronze casting workshop next door to a café on the same piazza. It sits a few kilometres inland from the Versilia coast, close enough to Forte dei Marmi and the beach clubs that many guests split a stay between the two.

The drive from Malpensa is about 325 km and takes roughly 3.5 hours. The route follows the A1 motorway south toward Florence, crosses the Apennines, then continues on the A11 west toward the coast before a short final stretch into Pietrasanta. It's effectively the same corridor as our transfers to Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, with a small variation in the final few kilometres depending on which town you're headed to.
Meet and greet happens at arrivals with a name board, and your flight is tracked so a delay doesn't cost the pickup slot. Sixty minutes of free waiting is included. Luggage for an extended stay, including anything picked up from a studio or gallery visit, fits without a supplement in the right vehicle class. Water, Wi-Fi, and English/Italian/Russian-speaking drivers are standard.
Couples and solo travellers fit comfortably in the E-Class. Families and small groups take the V-Class. S-Class and Sprinter are available on request for premium or larger-group bookings. All prices are fixed per vehicle at booking.
Book through the form on this page or via WhatsApp; payment is settled after the trip.
Malpensa splits arrivals between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 by airline, and your driver confirms which one applies before heading to the arrivals hall. Child seats are available on request at no extra charge — specify ages when booking. International sculptors travel to Pietrasanta to work alongside the local foundries and marble studios for weeks or months at a stretch, and it's common to see pieces still in progress standing in the piazzas rather than only finished work behind gallery glass — part of why some guests book the transfer specifically for the art scene rather than the coast nearby. The return fare to Malpensa matches the arrival price, and given the same Apennine crossing applies in both directions, we recommend confirming the pickup time as soon as your departure flight is booked rather than the day before. Payment is settled by card or cash after the drive, with written confirmation of the driver and vehicle sent in advance.
Luggage capacity is worth checking at booking: the E-Class trunk takes two large suitcases and two carry-ons, which covers most airport transfers without needing to upgrade. If your plans change afterward — an earlier flight, an extra passenger, more bags than expected — a message on WhatsApp is enough for us to adjust the vehicle before the day of travel, not at the pickup itself.
Pietrasanta is close to Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio on the same stretch of coast, both of which we also serve directly for guests moving between the beach and the town during the same stay.
