The route runs north from Florence on the A1 motorway, crosses the Apennines through the mountains between Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna, then follows the Po Valley toward Milan. Under normal conditions the drive takes approximately 3 hours. In winter, the Apennine crossing can be slower — we factor weather into the departure time without being asked. For a morning flight, expect an early start: for international departures, allow at least 3 hours at the airport, which puts the hotel pickup 6 hours before your scheduled departure. We recommend booking as soon as you have your flight confirmed so the early slot is secured. Your driver arrives at the hotel entrance with a name board and helps with the bags. If your itinerary runs long and you need a slightly later pickup, message us on WhatsApp — we adjust where we can and reply within 5 minutes. Flight tracking is standard: if your departure gate shifts or you need to move the schedule, we know about it. Waiting time up to 60 minutes is included at no extra charge. Water and Wi-Fi are in the vehicle. All drivers speak English, Italian, and Russian. The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay — no motorway toll surcharges, no fuel supplements, no agency commission. We operate as a direct carrier. Solo travellers and couples go in the E-Class saloon — quiet, enough boot space for two large cases, comfortable on a three-hour highway run. Families or groups of up to seven take the V-Class MPV, which also handles oversized bags or light luggage from a longer Italian trip. S-Class is available on request for business travellers. Sprinter and minibus cover larger groups — fixed price per vehicle, available on request. All prices are per vehicle, not per person. Request your rate when booking.
