The drive from Malpensa is about 50 km and takes roughly 50 minutes. The route runs east on the A8/tangenziale system past Milan's northern edge, then joins the eastern ring road toward Segrate. Traffic on Milan's tangenziali is the main variable at this distance — rush hour can add real time even over a short run — so we account for it in the pickup rather than quoting a fixed best case.
Your driver meets you at arrivals with a name sign and tracks your flight, and 60 minutes of free waiting is included. Shopping bags and extra luggage from a stop before or after the outlet fit without a supplement in the right vehicle class. Water, Wi-Fi, and English/Italian/Russian-speaking drivers are standard.

Child seats are available on request at no extra charge — specify ages when booking. Because Segrate sits so close to the city, it also works as a practical last stop before a flight out rather than only a first stop on arrival — guests picking up gifts or last-minute purchases before departure use the same fixed-price transfer straight to check-in. Because this is one of the shortest transfers we run, several clients book it as a single vehicle held for the whole visit — outlet shopping, then straight on to a Milan hotel or back to the airport, rather than three separate short bookings. The return fare, if needed, matches the arrival price and is settled by card or cash after the drive.
