Venice to Malpensa is the longest transfer on this route list — 270 km and roughly 2 hours 45 minutes on the road. That distance needs a proper plan: an early pickup, a professional driver who knows the A4 motorway, and a vehicle that makes the journey comfortable rather than stressful. We handle all three. Route guide

Malpensa → Malpensa Airport

The route and travel time

The drive follows the A4 Autostrada — the main east–west motorway across northern Italy — passing Padova, Verona, Brescia and Bergamo before reaching the airport. Under normal traffic conditions the journey takes approximately 2 hours 45 minutes. We recommend an early departure: for an international flight, allow at least 3 hours at the airport, which means leaving Venice 6 hours before your scheduled departure time.

Pickup point in Venice is Piazzale Roma (the main gateway for road vehicles) or Mestre railway station for passengers arriving by train from the city centre. Your driver will meet you at the agreed point, help with luggage, and confirm the terminal before you set off.

What's included

Your driver meets you with a name board and helps load the bags. If your inbound flight or train is delayed, we track it in real time and adjust the pickup accordingly — no extra charge for waiting up to 60 minutes. Water and Wi-Fi are in the vehicle. All our drivers speak English, Italian, and Russian, so the briefing before the highway is comfortable in whatever language works for you.

The price you see at booking is the price you pay. No tolls added on top, no fuel surcharges, no commission to a third party. We are a direct carrier — the driver who picks you up works for us.

Vehicle classes

For couples or solo travellers, the E-Class saloon is the standard choice — comfortable, quiet, enough boot space for two large suitcases. Families or groups of up to seven travel in the V-Class MPV, which also works well for oversized luggage or ski equipment. S-Class is available on request for business travellers who want the extra cabin space and refinement. Sprinter and minibus options cover larger groups — available on request with a fixed group price calculated per vehicle.

All prices are fixed per vehicle, not per person. Request your rate when booking.

Booking

Book via the form on this page or send a message on WhatsApp — we reply within 5 minutes. You'll receive a written confirmation with driver name, vehicle, and pickup time. Payment on the day by card or cash, or online in advance if preferred.

Ready when you are

A transfer of 270 km deserves more than a hope and a prayer that the taxi shows up. Book in advance, leave on time, arrive at Malpensa without the airport rush. We've been doing this route since 2013.

We also cover the return direction — transfer from Malpensa to Venice — and neighbouring routes to Verona and Milan.
